About The Position

The Growth Analytics team provides measurement, attribution, funnel intelligence, data strategy, and MarTech data pipeline capabilities to support strategic growth. The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst works at the intersection of business strategy, analytics, and technology, partnering with stakeholders across the organization to solve business challenges, develop actionable insights, and deliver data-driven solutions that influence leaders. The role contributes to high-impact initiatives, collaborates across data, technology, and business functions, and helps advance analytics through innovation and continuous improvement. It also includes mentoring and developing other analytics professionals. This is a campus-based hybrid position requiring three days per week onsite.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Six or more years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in SQL.
Strong experience with BI and analytics platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools.
Experience within insurance, financial services, or highly regulated industries.
Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms and emerging analytics technologies.
Deep understanding of data profiling, data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization best practices.
Experience working with data warehouses, transactional databases, APIs, and modern data ecosystems.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and leadership through data-driven storytelling.
Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop others.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions.
Perform moderate to complex data profiling, analysis, and source evaluation to identify effective data for business decision-making.
Design, develop, and deliver dashboards, reports, datasets, and analytical solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Conduct statistical analyses and communicate findings to influence recommendations and strategic decisions.
Collaborate with data engineers to validate data quality and support testing efforts.
Use business and industry knowledge to provide insightful analyses and recommendations.
Stay current on emerging trends in analytics, business intelligence, and data technologies.
Work with internal customers to refine requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Mentor and coach junior analysts to elevate analytics capabilities across the team.
Own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of analytical solutions.
