The Senior Business Intelligence Analyst owns the commercial data architecture that powers pipeline visibility, retention tracking, forecasting, and service-line expansion strategy. This role connects CRM, financial, operational, and clinical data into actionable insights that drive growth. The role involves collaborating with Business Development, Marketing, and executive leadership to define and execute data-driven research and analytics strategies that directly contribute to new revenue growth and market expansion. It also includes translating performance and sales metrics into tangible insights for delivering compelling proposals and optimizing growth, developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress, and investigating emerging trends in existing partnerships. The analyst will own the quarterly partner metrics database, ensuring data accuracy and developing key performance metrics using Power BI for partner review presentations. They will also integrate data across disparate systems to deliver unified analytics and reporting, serve as a subject matter expert for business intelligence, and leverage external data platforms and APIs to acquire, cleanse, and structure datasets. Additionally, the role involves assisting with Master Data Management (MDM) governance and supporting programmatic growth and service innovation by being an analytics resource during pitch presentations, assessing market demand, and partnering with marketing, sales, and product teams. The analyst will also respond to ad-hoc requests from executive leadership for data analysis and present complex information clearly.
