Requirements

5+ years of related project/program management professional experience.
Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience beyond the qualifications listed above may be accepted.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage operational projects from planning through implementation, utilizing project management, stakeholder facilitation, and business readiness practices to achieve desired outcomes.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define objectives, assess business impacts, drive change management activities, and ensure successful adoption of business and technology solutions.
Standardize and improve implementation processes by conducting impact analyses, developing consistent methodologies, and leveraging data-driven decision-making to enhance customer and business outcomes.
Primarily manage the implementation of operational related projects through the application of project management, meeting management and group facilitation skills.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify project objectives and manage business readiness activities (communication plans, training plans, benefits etc.) in order to realize the desired business outcome.
Manage the development of both business solutions and application solutions, focusing on both the business implications of technology and the technology on the business.
Lead and complete business impact analysis assessments.
Develop and maintain standardized methods of implementation to ensure a consistent and integrated customer experience.
Performs additional responsibilities consistent with the scope and level of the role, as assigned.
