About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant in Wealth and Investment Management as part of Wells Fargo Advisors. In this role, you will lead and participate in the execution and administration of the annual account fee program, disclosures, communications, governance processes, and operational support activities within Wealth and Investment Management. You will coordinate ongoing maintenance and execution of the Annual Account Fee policy and related fee and commission programs, and support the implementation of Equity and Option Commission Schedule updates and associated business activities. You will manage key milestones, stakeholder communications, and operational readiness activities related to annual fee programs. You will maintain and update fee and commission disclosures across applicable business channels, including client statements, account opening materials, Reg BI disclosures, and ERISA disclosures. You will also maintain and update internal content repositories, resource pages, FAQs, job aids, and training materials, and coordinate training activities, including communications, presentation materials, recordings, transcripts, and follow-up activities. Additionally, you will monitor and manage shared mailboxes, business inquiries, and escalations while ensuring timely response and resolution, and participate in testing activities supporting system releases, failover events, policy enhancements, and business process changes. You will support audit readiness activities and maintain required documentation and supporting evidence. You will collaborate with leadership and business partners on strategic initiatives, process improvements, and operational enhancements, and utilize independent judgment to resolve moderately complex business issues and provide recommendations that support business objectives.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Specific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities and/or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
  • This position is subject to FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire.
  • In accordance with FINRA rules, individuals who are subject to statutory disqualification are not eligible to be associated with a FINRA-registered broker-dealer.
  • Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.
