About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant in Securities Operations Product and Strategic Delivery. In this role, you will lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives. You will ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations. You will research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business. You will work independently to make recommendations for support functions by providing support and leadership. You will assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience. You will collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures. You will provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Operations knowledge and experience in Securities Operations / Broker Dealer processes, including exposure to Securities Processing platforms and applications like Broadridge or DTCC.
  • Demonstrated understanding of end to end trade lifecycle workflows, operational touchpoints, and control frameworks.
  • Diverse background across Operations, Project / Program Management, Data Analysis, and Strategic Planning.
  • Experience supporting or contributing to large scale transformation initiatives, including operating model enhancements and platform or process modernization.
  • Experience working with Operations leadership, Technology teams, and support functions to assess regulatory, industry, and internal obligations, and translating them into executable delivery plans.
  • Experience in scope definition, business case development, and risk analysis, including identification of operational and execution risks.
  • Exceptional relationship‑building skills, with the ability to collaborate, negotiate, and influence decision‑making across teams and leadership levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
