About The Position

The demand for Software as a Service (SaaS) is on the rise, and Sage's sales team is at the forefront of this growth. We are seeking Senior Managers to mentor the Outbound Business Development team. As a Senior Manager, you'll support and develop 4-5 Outbound Managers, supporting their SDRs, and driving outbound sales initiatives. This hybrid-remote position requires commuting to the Atlanta (Ponce City) office 3 times a week. This role is not open to visa sponsorship. Candidates must have current work authorization for the location listed to be considered. Requirements

  • You've done the job of the people you'll be guiding-and you did it well (5+ years of outbound sales development and sales leadership roles, preferably in the software or technology industry).
  • Salesforce.com and Outreach are tools you're beyond familiar with.
  • You have a deep understanding of BANT and MEDDICC frameworks, proficiency in crafting impactful statements, and a commitment to data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven experience in hiring, building, and scaling high-performing outbound sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in designing and executing verticalized sales plays aligned with industry-specific needs and buyer journeys.
  • Strong understanding of funnel logic to analyze and optimize sales processes, ensuring a focus on data-driven excellence and measurable results.
