What Can You Expect This individual will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with developers, owners, and architects, and driving  new business bookings. The successful candidate will combine strong industry relationships with the ability to collaborate closely with operations and preconstruction teams to position our company as a trusted partner.

Requirements

  • Must have proven tenured record of Business Development in Advanced Manufacturing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development with proven success and increasing responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Identifying new opportunities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with developers, owners, and architects
  • Driving new business bookings
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, active developers, REITs, and owner/operators in cold storage, data centers,  and specialized manufacturing.
  • Support current and future Reeves Young regional projects by being a trusted advisor, including reviewing project progress, visiting job sites, participating in appropriate project meetings and communicating with the client
  • Develop and maintain information in Reeves Young's Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
