That means launching and scaling results-driven performance marketing campaigns for churches, nonprofits, Christian publishers, higher education institutions, and faith-first brands. We chase our clients' goals like they're our own, and we're looking for someone who does the same. We're hiring a Senior Business Development Strategist to drive growth across the nonprofit and faith sectors. We need a seasoned closer who has navigated complex sales cycles in mission-driven spaces and isn’t afraid to bring bold ideas to the table. Success will be measured by deals won and partnerships built. This is a hunter role, and you'll own the full sales cycle from first outreach to signed contract. You'll leverage your marketing expertise and Radiant Digital's unique capabilities to craft compelling solutions. This is a revenue-generating role, and you'll be given the opportunity to run it like one.
