About The Position

TLC Engineering Solutions (TLC) is seeking a Sr. Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Chicago, IL. The Sr. Business Development Representative provides the necessary technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to the staff to assure total quality of all marketing efforts, appropriate fee development and client contact. The Sr. Business Development Representative assists the Operating Unit Director in meeting marketing goals and client expectations. The Sr. Business Development Representative's scope of work focuses on the pursuit of new business, development of existing client relationships and the quality of the marketing material output. The Sr. Business Development Representative coordinates the submission of proposals, scheduling of interviews and monitors technical specifications to assure completion in a timely manner. He/she creates a motivating climate, achieving teamwork and developing staff. The Sr. Business Development Representative is responsible for developing positive client relationships and for assuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in A/E environment.
  • CPSM required.
  • Demonstrated success in marketing efforts.
  • Demonstrated success in client relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in area of expertise preferred.

Responsibilities
