Senior Business Development Representative (UK)

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Lead Generation, or a similar outbound sales role
- A proven track record of generating pipeline and booking meetings with senior stakeholders
- Strong prospecting and outreach skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
- Experience with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Outreach or similar platforms
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- A structured and data-driven approach to sales development
- Fluency in English
Nice To Haves
- Experience within healthcare, SaaS, health technology, data analytics, or consulting environments is considered a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Generating high-quality outbound leads through targeted prospecting activities
- Building and executing strategic outreach campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Identifying key decision makers and understanding their challenges and priorities
- Qualifying opportunities and managing the early stages of the sales process
- Collaborating closely with Account Executives and Marketing to maximize pipeline creation
- Conducting market research to identify new growth opportunities
- Maintaining accurate prospect and activity data within our CRM
- Representing LOGEX professionally in meetings, conferences, and industry events
- Consistently achieving and exceeding pipeline generation targets
