ROSE is a Finance as a Service (FaaS) leader transforming how organizations manage finance, accounting, and tax through its AI-enabled system, Easby®. We serve Government Contractors, Nonprofits, and Scaling Growth Companies, operating as a strategic partner. As a Business Development Representative, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, managing the full revenue lifecycle from relationship development through closing and handoff. This is a senior, consultative sales role for professionals comfortable navigating sophisticated buying decisions at the executive level. You will leverage existing relationships and develop new executive connections, lead discovery conversations focused on financial infrastructure, scale, and performance, and position ROSE as a long-term strategic solution.
