About The Position

This role is designed for experienced professionals who have built a career advising CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and Executive Directors and are ready to own a revenue franchise. At ROSE, we work directly with executive leadership to replace fragmented finance functions with AI-enabled financial infrastructure. Our clients seek clarity, control, and confidence. This position is ideal for a self-directed banker or senior financial seller who has credibility with executive leadership, understands complex financial decision-making, brings an existing network (or can build one quickly), and desires uncapped upside and long-term growth. ROSE is a Finance as a Service (FaaS) leader transforming how organizations manage finance, accounting, and tax through its AI-enabled system, Easby®. We serve Government Contractors, Nonprofits, and Scaling Growth Companies, operating as a strategic partner. As a Business Development Representative, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, managing the full revenue lifecycle from relationship development through closing and handoff. This is a senior, consultative sales role for professionals comfortable navigating sophisticated buying decisions at the executive level. You will leverage existing relationships and develop new executive connections, lead discovery conversations focused on financial infrastructure, scale, and performance, and position ROSE as a long-term strategic solution.

Requirements

  • 4-10+ years in banking, professional services, or financial SaaS sales
  • Proven success selling complex financial solutions to senior executives
  • Experience in long-cycle, consultative sales environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • Existing Rolodex in DC GovCon, Nonprofits, or Growth / PE-backed companies
  • Strong executive presence and credibility

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage senior-level relationships with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and Executive Directors
  • Originate, qualify, and close new FaaS engagements
  • Conduct executive discovery and value-based sales conversations
  • Deliver compelling, outcome-oriented presentations
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline using HubSpot CRM
  • Partner with onboarding and delivery teams to ensure seamless client transitions
  • Contribute to strategic marketing and growth initiatives as a senior commercial voice
