About The Position

CBS Infosys is hiring a Senior Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our IT Products, IT Services, and Cyber Security business across the US and Indian markets. This role carries complete ownership of business development, revenue growth, and P&L for the Products & Services vertical. Staffing sales is not the primary focus.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise IT Products/Services sales experience.
  • Proven success in selling to enterprise clients in both the US and Indian markets.
  • Strong network of CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and enterprise decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing high-value deals and owning business growth/P&L.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business and enterprise sales for IT Products, IT Services, and Cyber Security solutions.
  • Own revenue targets, sales strategy, pipeline, and P&L for the business unit.
  • Acquire and grow enterprise accounts across the US and India.
  • Leverage an existing network of CXOs, IT leaders, and decision-makers to generate business.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to develop winning solutions.
  • Build strategic partnerships and identify new market opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and achieve aggressive growth targets.
