We're looking for a motivated, ambitious Senior Business Development Manager to help drive new business growth. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in technology sales who is ready to take ownership of the full sales cycle and grow their career in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B technology sales.
  • Experience selling software, SaaS, technology services, or IT consulting solutions.
  • Experience selling to mid-market clients.
  • Previous Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or business development experience.
  • Strong prospecting and outbound sales skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed goals.
  • Positive attitude with high energy and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities by prospecting and engaging mid-market organizations.
  • Own the sales process from initial outreach through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and understand their business challenges.
  • Position RE Partners' technology consulting and engineering services as solutions to client needs.
  • Partner closely with our delivery and leadership teams to develop tailored client solutions.
  • Grow existing client relationships by identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
