About The Position

INSPYR Solutions is seeking an experienced, strategic, and relationship-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth efforts within one of our premier enterprise accounts. This role is focused on expanding business opportunities, developing executive-level partnerships, and driving revenue growth through a consultative approach to IT staffing and professional services solutions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of growing large enterprise accounts, navigating complex organizations, building trusted advisor relationships, and identifying opportunities across multiple business units. Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful IT staffing, professional services, or technology solutions sales experience.
  • Proven experience managing and growing large enterprise or strategic accounts.
  • Demonstrated success selling IT staffing, consulting, project-based services, managed services, or related technology solutions.
  • Experience building executive-level relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client objectives and align solutions accordingly.
  • Experience working within MSP, VMS, and enterprise procurement environments.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly motivated, consultative sales professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional client experience and creating long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary business development lead for a strategic enterprise account, owning overall account growth and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account growth strategies to increase market share, expand service offerings, and maximize revenue.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, hiring leaders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers throughout the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to expand IT staffing, professional services, managed services, and project-based engagements.
  • Drive account penetration by uncovering new departments, business units, and initiatives that align with INSPYR's solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with client leadership.
  • Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment and exceptional client experience.
  • Lead contract negotiations, statement-of-work discussions, and commercial conversations with procurement and vendor management teams.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning activities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to proactively advise clients and identify growth opportunities.
