We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to drive new ventures in New York City Metro and surrounding areas. STRUCTURAL's projects within the commercial market include but are not limited to parking garage repair, structural strengthening, structural concrete repair, historic restoration, waterproofing, and corrosion control. The Senior Business Development Manager will partner closely with local Branch Teams and a high-performing National Sales Team to drive sales growth, expand strategic relationships, and strengthen market presence. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating key client partnerships, and executing growth strategies that support both regional and national sales objectives. Success in this position requires a collaborative mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a passion for winning new business and delivering results.
