We are looking for a Sr. Business Development Manager Target total compensation ranges from $222,000 - $292,000, including a fixed annual salary of $100,000 - $135,000, an employee equity plan grant, a variable target, and world-class benefits. Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility. About the role: Rokt is a unique performance marketing channel helping advertisers diversify spend away from legacy platforms—without compromising on performance. We are still a small share of the overall digital performance ecosystem, which means our highest-leverage opportunity is to make working with Rokt effortless and undeniably valuable. You'll drive revenue by securing strategic partnerships with premium advertisers and helping them unlock new monetization value from their most engaged audiences. You'll need to understand the digital advertising ecosystem, navigate multi-stakeholder media organizations, and position Rokt as a strategic growth partner. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, working closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to bring tailored ad solutions to market. You'll develop deep expertise in your vertical, becoming a trusted advisor who can speak credibly to CROs, Head of Monetization, and technical decision-makers alike. Your ability to synthesize and represent publisher feedback will directly shape our product roadmap.
