Senior Business Development Manager - US

Boxbar Tech
$100,000 - $125,000Remote

About The Position

Boxbar Tech is seeking a commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to help build its US presence. This is a hands-on commercial role focused on developing the US opportunity across venues, festivals, live events, sports, hospitality groups, and strategic partners. The role involves identifying high-value opportunities, building relationships with senior decision-makers, managing the full sales cycle, and creating a repeatable approach to winning business in the US. The successful candidate will be expected to open doors, attend meetings, represent Boxbar professionally, create strong commercial proposals, and collaborate with UK-based leadership, operations, finance, marketing, and technical teams. This role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact, shape the US market approach, and grow with the business.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience creating proposals, commercial documents, or ROI-led business cases.
  • Confidence managing the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close.
  • Strong organization and follow-up discipline.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Ability to travel regularly across the US for client meetings, events, and industry activity.
