The Senior Business Development Coordinator performs a competitive analysis of the market, identifies and monitors marketing opportunities, and develops and implements marketing plans and strategies to support market growth and return on investment. This role implements trackable, measurable programs, assists in strategically planning future markets and opportunities to increase revenue, and maintains tracking systems to monitor referrals, admissions, revenue, and market share. The coordinator consults with internal departments, outside organizations, physicians, and community partners to optimize market growth and increase awareness and usage of services. They execute business development strategies, develop relationships with providers and external accounts, and coordinate marketing materials and events. Additionally, this role determines budget allocations for marketing and business development functions and assists with the development and coaching of staff in promotion strategies.
