The Consumer Business Continuity team supports the continuity of critical business operations across Financial Centers, Contact Centers, and administrative functions. This role is responsible for assessing, coordinating, and managing response activities for a wide range of operational disruptions, helping restore normal business operations while minimizing impacts to clients and teammates. The Consultant serves as a key partner during disruptive events, leveraging established business continuity plans, response playbooks, and enterprise partnerships to drive timely resolution and recovery. Responsibilities include managing multiple concurrent events, coordinating cross-functional response efforts, and providing guidance to business partners on operational resilience and continuity practices. This role works closely with Financial Center, Contact Center, Technology, Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Security, and other enterprise partners to address disruptions ranging from technology outages and facility incidents to severe weather events and other business-impacting situations. The Consultant also supports ongoing readiness efforts by identifying process improvements, enhancing response procedures, and strengthening preparedness capabilities across the organization. Success in this role requires strong operational leadership, sound judgment, effective communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver who can assess impacts, coordinate recovery efforts, and build strong partnerships across lines of business to ensure the continuity of critical services and support for clients and teammates.
