Develops and coordinates lines of communication within a line of business among employees. Implements policies and programs to increase employee awareness and knowledge of activities affecting employees. Works directly with business line management to develop, manage, implement, and evaluate internal communications, to include sales/service/operations, change management, employee engagement, and organizational initiatives. Unifies, prepares, and implements plans for significant organizational announcements and responds to employee inquiries. Manages the divisional intranet, including content design. Leads the evaluation and potential implementation of new communication delivery channels. Promotes an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand. Maintains M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
