About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Banking Relationship Manager to support business banking customers in an assigned local market. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, developing Centers of Influence, deepening existing relationships, and managing a moderately complex book of business. The manager assesses client finances and credit needs, structures and supports credit solutions within delegated authority, and recommends business banking products, including credit, treasury management, and digital banking tools. The position involves customer visits and prospecting outside the branch within an assigned market or geography. This Loan Originator (LO) position may include assessing customer needs and referring customers interested in a dwelling-secured product to a SAFE team member. The role does not involve taking an application for or offering or negotiating terms of a dwelling-secured transaction. The employee must meet applicable Loan Originator qualification and ongoing regulatory requirements, including financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness, and criminal background standards. A current credit report may be used to assess financial responsibility and credit fitness; a credit score is not part of that evaluation. The listed base pay range is $104,000 to $168,000. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. The posting location is 1751 & 1753 Pinnacle Dr, McLean, VA 22102.
