About The Position

The Senior Business Architect is a senior individual contributor in AET’s Strategy and Growth function, reporting to the VP of Strategy and Growth. It connects decisions made by the Senior Leadership Team, functional workstreams, and IT teams and vendors supporting AET’s multi-year enterprise transformation. The position defines how company strategy is translated into processes, capabilities, and technology, and helps keep the transformation program on track. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, engineering, or a related field, and at least eight years of experience in business architecture, business analysis, transformation, or strategy execution, including significant IT partnership on system or process change. The compensation range is $95,000 to $130,000 per year. The position follows a hybrid work schedule under AET’s hybrid work policy, provided daily responsibilities do not require onsite presence. Candidates must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer without current or future visa sponsorship.
