About The Position

The Senior Business Analytics & Reporting Analyst will develop reports, dashboards, and metrics to support multiple projects while providing insights and recommendations for process improvement. This role partners with cross-functional teams on high-visibility initiatives, drives automation, and ensures compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years related experience, OR 7+ years combined education and work experience.
• Proficiency with Mainframe (required), Cobol, and SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams are required.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or Data Analytics.
• Experience with dashboarding/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Knowledge of financial services and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create and enhance reports, dashboards, and data models to support strategy, workflow, and financial analysis.
• Analyze data to identify trends, provide insights, and communicate recommendations to leadership.
• Improve and automate processes, tools, and documentation to streamline departmental operations.
• Lead departmental audits, compliance testing, and support for new systems, products, and regulatory changes.
• Serve as the point of contact for departmental system support and vendor coordination.
