About The Position

Fix Network is looking for a Reporting & Analytics Analyst who loves to put the foot to the floor! The Reporting & Analytics Analyst is responsible for the execution, quality control, and delivery of analytics outputs across the organization. This role owns manual data pulls, ad hoc reporting, presentation support, data verification, and monitoring of the reporting request inbox to ensure stakeholders receive timely, accurate, and decision-ready information. This position plays a critical role in maintaining confidence in data by establishing consistent validation practices and supporting the broader analytics function, while enabling senior leadership to focus on strategy and advanced analysis.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in reporting, analytics coordination, or data operations roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong comfort working with large datasets.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with experience building executive-ready presentations.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and discipline around data accuracy and validation.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests independently and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Power BI for navigation, validation, and exports (not primary development)
  • Experience supporting operations, performance, or network-based reporting environment
  • Bilingual English/French (oral and written)

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual and recurring data extractions from approved data sources to support operational, leadership, and partner requests.
  • Deliver clean, well-structured datasets and summaries for internal teams, insurers, vendors, and franchise partners.
  • Own intake, prioritization, and fulfillment of ad hoc reporting requests through the reporting mailbox.
  • Clarify requirements, confirm timelines, and ensure requests are completed accurately and on time.
  • Track recurring and one-off requests to improve efficiency and reduce rework.
  • Execute routine data verification and integrity checks on incoming and outgoing datasets.
  • Identify anomalies, inconsistencies, or definition mismatches and escalate issues proactively.
  • Support validation of dashboards and reports in collaboration with the analytics lead responsible for BI development.
  • Build and maintain PowerPoint presentations and reporting materials for internal, regional, and leadership audiences.
  • Ensure data is presented clearly, consistently, and in accordance with data-sharing guidelines
  • Translate data outputs into clear visuals and concise summaries without over-interpretation.
  • Support publishing and distribution of reports through approved internal channels.
  • Act as a reliable operational point of contact for reporting availability, refresh timing, and basic interpretation questions.
