About The Position

The Reporting Analytics Analyst III provides reporting and analytical support for operations employees who execute transactions and operations managers responsible for the performance of their respective teams. As the Reporting Analytics Analyst, you will develop and track key statistical information and performance metrics, prepare various reporting views, gather requirements for new reporting, organize and present data to multiple levels of management. The Reporting Analytics Analyst will: Provide analytical support to Operations employees, Operations Managers, and Senior analysts/Mgr. of the Data Management team Design and develop new reports as needed by Operations teams and PNMAC upper management Build and modify Special Tools, Applications, and Stored Procedures Transfer and standardize data using Extract, Transfer, Load (ETL), and Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) Conduct User Acceptance Testing for system updates, data migrations, and database/schema changes Utilize Business Intelligence (e.g. SQL, Tableau) software to create visual presentations and new dashboards for use by Operations managers and Senior Managers Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

Requirements

  • Strong skills in use of SQL
  • Highly proficient skills with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Tableau or other BI Tools a plus
  • Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
