We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a patient-centric digital platform program. You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical delivery while ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.

Requirements

8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar role.
Hands-on experience in life sciences, biopharma, or healthcare environments, preferably supporting patient-centric or digital health initiatives.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and delivery teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
Coordinate activities between client stakeholders and offshore delivery teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Lead meetings, workshops, and working sessions; track actions, decisions, and follow-ups to drive progress.
Actively support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and demos.
Ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood by development and testing teams.
Identify, track, and help resolve risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
Manage evolving business needs, including documenting and communicating scope changes effectively.
