About The Position

Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 12+ month contract opportunity with a Global Financial Institution in Charlotte, NC. This role involves partnering with the Digital CRM Product Team and the business to capture and support the delivery of business and system requirements for the Global Banking Customer Relationship Management platform (Salesforce).

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar area of study
Minimal 5+ years of development experience with Salesforce Lightening
Understanding of integration efforts and tasks with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and third-party app-exchange solutions
Experienced with structured programming – APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, and SOA
Solid working knowledge of data warehouses, multiple database platforms, ETL
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology and practices
Salesforce Cloud Computing
Agile tools (Jira)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; both written and verbal

Responsibilities

Partner with the Digital CRM Product Team and the business for capturing and supporting the delivery of business and system requirements pertaining to the development of the Global Banking Customer Relationship Management platform (Salesforce).
Effectively work with management, onsite/offsite development staff to accomplish project deliverables.
Manage multiple priorities, be proactive, and deliver quality results with aggressive deadlines.
Be a self-starter, have good aptitude, be a problem solver and open to learning new technologies.
