Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, a bias toward action, and the ability to translate ambiguity into structured frameworks and measurable outcomes. You will need to challenge assumptions, influence stakeholders across the organization, and communicate complex findings through clear, compelling narratives grounded in data. We are a learning culture. People who do well here: Are proactive and take ownership of both business outcomes and their own development Demonstrate curiosity by asking thoughtful questions and digging deeper to understand root causes Think strategically while remaining focused on execution Build strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics teams Seek feedback, continuously improve, and help elevate those around them Operate with a growth mindset and embrace change as new information becomes available In this role, you can expect the following from us: Meaningful impact. Your work will directly influence product strategy, customer experience, and business performance. Autonomy and ownership. You will have the opportunity to define analytical approaches, shape measurement strategies, and drive high-visibility initiatives. Cross-functional collaboration.
