About The Position

Leidos Health & Civil Sector is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a federal grants management program. This position serves as a key liaison between program teams and partner federal agencies, supporting partners onboarding, stakeholder engagement, operational readiness, business analysis, and ongoing relationship management activities. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis expertise with deep knowledge of federal grants management from the grantor (awarding agency) perspective. This individual will work closely with federal stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to support the implementation and ongoing adoption of an enterprise grants management solution. We are seeking a senior-level Business Analyst who understands how a federal agency administers grants, not how a recipient manages them. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience supporting the entire grants lifecycle from the federal awarding agency perspective, coupled with outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis skills.
