The parts produced are installed on fighter jets, bombers, rockets, and space vehicles. Department Summary The Senior Business Analyst serves as a high-level architect and strategic systems partner responsible for leading enterprise analysis, designing cross-platform process and data solutions, and ensuring alignment between business operations and Janicki’s technology roadmap.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident (ITAR/EAR requirement).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of business systems analysis or enterprise systems experience.
- Expert-level ERP/MES/HRIS knowledge and solution architecture skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise initiatives and cross-functional teams.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in aerospace/manufacturing systems environments.
- Expert SQL, Power BI, data modeling, and analytics background.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and governance models.
Responsibilities
- Leads complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Serves as system architecture advisor, executive trainer, and technical vision contributor.
- Mentors' junior analysts.
- Leads enterprise-wide business analysis, requirement definition, and system-road mapping initiatives.
- Provides strategic recommendations to leadership on digital transformation, process optimization, and system modernization.
- Architects' end-to-end solutions across ERP, MES, HRIS, CRM, and custom applications.
- Oversees major implementations including planning, UAT strategy, cutover, and hypercare.
- Develops organizational reporting strategy and advanced analytics frameworks.
- Works directly with executive and director-level stakeholders to shape business processes and define enterprise KPIs.
