The company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. In this role, the analyst will partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technology to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive scalable solutions. This role will play a key part in improving processes, enabling data-driven decisions, and ensuring successful delivery of system enhancements across the enterprise application landscape.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience improving and implementing business processes/systems
  • Prior experience working in an Agile environment
  • Prior experience in a high-growth technology setting
  • Prior experience with data analysis, reporting, or BI tools

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience as a Business Analyst in a technology environment
  • Prior experience with marketing applications
  • Prior experience with Salesforce
  • Prior experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
  • Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder reviews
  • Apply analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to analyze current-state processes and design optimized future-state workflows
  • Present ideas and influence business decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure solutions align with business strategy, data integrity, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with developers throughout the delivery lifecycle
  • Support UAT planning and execution, including test case development and defect triage
  • Support system implementations, enhancements, and integrations
  • Manage multiple initiatives with a range of stakeholders in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Become a process expert and source of leadership for supported business units
