About The Position
This role involves B2C Customer Experience work, specifically defining Investor experiences. The Senior Business Analyst will analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for Capital Markets programs. This includes collaborating with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, operating models, process flows, and regulatory requirements. The analyst will also review requirements with development, QA, architecture, and operations teams to ensure accuracy and completeness, and drive the resolution of requirement gaps, ambiguities, and dependencies.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience.
