About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with organizational goals. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio).
Strong data analysis capabilities using tools like Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
Familiarity with Agile, & Scrum project management methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Work authorization is required, and sponsorship is not available.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications for technical teams.
Create and help lead test plans and be hands on involvement.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders by understanding their objectives and challenges.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, development teams, and leadership.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead initiatives to optimize workflows, reduce costs, and improve member experiences.
Use data analysis tools to generate insights and support evidence-based decision-making.
Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations for various audiences.
Ensure that business solutions align with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Mentor junior business analysts and share best practices to enhance team capability.
Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within cross-functional teams.
