About The Position

We are currently seeking an experience Senior Business Analyst to play a key role within a high-impact technical services team. This role will work with business and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, define business needs, facilitate requirements, analyze processes, support strategic planning, and help deliver enterprise-wide solutions.

Requirements

• AI strategy, governance, or implementation initiatives
• Data governance, data management, reporting, analytics, or modernization efforts
• Enterprise technology implementations or modernization programs
• Microsoft ecosystem experience (M365, Copilot, Power Platform, Azure, Foundry, etc.)
• Large enterprise or public-sector environments
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous or evolving requirements
• Ability to connect business objectives with technology solutions
• Skilled at building relationships and gaining stakeholder alignment

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years Business Analyst experience on technology-focused initiatives
• Experience supporting AI, Generative AI, data, analytics, automation, or digital transformation projects
• Strong ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and cross-functional discussions
• Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and recommendations
• Experience assessing and improving business processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication
• Experience working with technical teams, product owners, project managers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Experience supporting Agile and/or Scrum delivery teams
