About The Position

Serve as a strategic partner within Technology Services, helping bridge institutional priorities, business processes, and enterprise technology solutions. Work closely with Technology Services leadership, project managers, technical teams, and functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, define organizational requirements, optimize business processes, and support the successful delivery of enterprise initiatives. Play a key role in enterprise application governance, organizational change, and strategic planning efforts. Serve as a trusted advisor to Technology Services leadership and a liaison between business and technology teams, helping ensure enterprise solutions align with institutional priorities and deliver measurable value.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Organizational Leadership, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience.
  • Seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, enterprise systems, business process improvement, project delivery, organizational change, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business and technology stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications, ERP platforms, or complex technology ecosystems.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Experience with Workday and enterprise ERP ecosystems.
  • Experience supporting complex enterprise application ecosystems, including ERP, Student Information Systems (SIS), CRM, reporting, and integration platforms.
  • Experience in higher education.
  • Experience supporting governance frameworks, portfolio management processes, and organizational change initiatives.
  • CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, PMP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or related professional certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders, stakeholders, and technology teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and technology enablement.
  • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and develop recommendations for optimization, standardization, and automation.
  • Facilitate cross-functional discussions to build consensus, resolve issues, and support organizational decision-making.
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements, process maps, workflows, user stories, business cases, and other project documentation.
  • Support enterprise application governance activities, including initiative intake, prioritization, impact assessments, and stakeholder communications.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Technology Services leadership by providing analysis, recommendations, and operational support for enterprise application roadmaps, governance processes, prioritization efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, vendors, and functional departments to support the successful planning and execution of enterprise initiatives.
  • Identify organizational impacts, risks, dependencies, and opportunities associated with technology initiatives and business process changes.
  • Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing, business validation activities, and production readiness efforts.
  • Assist with organizational change management planning, communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation, policies, procedures, training materials, and knowledge resources.
  • Monitor application effectiveness, user adoption, and business outcomes; recommend improvements based on data and stakeholder feedback.
  • Prepare executive summaries, presentations, reports, and recommendations for leadership audiences.
  • Serve as a liaison between business units, Technology Services, vendors, and external partners.
  • Stay current on higher education trends, enterprise technologies, business analysis methodologies, and industry best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
