As a Senior Business Analyst you will provide technical consultation to the business area at all levels; system architecture, solution architecture, security, database design and etc. You will be working on various technical artifacts in accordance to the best practise. Engage with clinical and business stakeholders to understand needs, gather requirements, and translate them into practical technology solutions. Collaborate with clinical teams, technology teams, vendors, and project partners to support solution design, testing, implementation, and issue resolution. We will be looking for you to have the following: Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in business analysis, technology, healthcare, or a related field. An asset to this role would be: Experience working in complex healthcare or enterprise technology environments. Strong understanding of business analysis practices, including requirements elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution assessment. Experience translating clinical or business needs into clear functional and technical requirements. Ability to work effectively with clinical stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and other partners to develop practical solutions. Familiarity with healthcare information systems, clinical workflows, and the impacts of technology changes on patient care and operations. Experience supporting technology projects through discovery, planning, testing, implementation, and transition to operational support. Ability to analyze current-state and future-state processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical improvements. Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Leads the analysis and documentation of business requirements for client-facing and internal Informatics services delivery processes for business, clinical, and systems support services within Fraser Health. The Senior Business Analyst will be engaged in multiple initiatives and will be responsible for project planning, business requirements gathering, data analysis and supporting the execution of projects and change management. Provides leadership and acts as an escalation point for Business Analysts to assist in resolving complex problems.
