About The Position

As a Senior Business Analyst at Kearney, you will be a key contributor to the growth and development of our Mobility, Defense and advanced Industrials Practice (MDI). The MDI Practice supports organizations in the development, production, operations and sustainment of aerospace and defense platforms. Working alongside a dedicated and diverse set of people, you will work alongside our clients to define and implement strategies that will deliver both short-term results and longer-term competitiveness in this ever-changing market environment. Through unique hands-on experiences, you will broaden your knowledge across a breadth of topics while developing relationships with clients and colleagues across the firm.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience
  • Hold a master's degree (engineers preferred) OR undergraduate degree with relevant work experience
  • Experience working in or alongside clients in the following industries: Aerospace & Defense, Aviation, Mobility, Advanced Industrials
  • Functional expertise in manufacturing and supply chain operations
  • English fluency

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working as a Management Consultant preferred.
  • Active clearance is a plus
  • Be located near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, New York, San Francisco, Washington D.C., or Toronto.
