About The Position

Segra is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Business Analyst for a full-time position. This role requires a hybrid work arrangement, with a minimum of three days in the office and two days remote. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for documenting existing processes ('As Is'), gathering business requirements for process revisions and enhancements, and developing future state processes ('To Be') in collaboration with Department Leaders. This involves analyzing current workflows, systems, and practices. The role also includes working with IT to project manage process/requirement work, assisting with budget management, and coordinating end-to-end communication with internal stakeholders to ensure process changes do not negatively impact other organizations. Additionally, the Senior Business Analyst will proactively monitor processes to identify and communicate gaps and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience pertaining to the telecommunications industry desired
  • Process management experience required
  • Project management experience desired
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Knowledge and experience with telecommunications network technologies, protocols, and operations
  • Ability to develop and coordinate multiple processes and business requirements
  • Ability to manage associated budgets
  • Demonstrated clear, informative, persuasive and collaborative verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have the ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must exhibit honesty, integrity and courtesy in all interactions
  • Must possess strong work ethic in supporting customer needs, responding promptly and consistently

Responsibilities

  • Collection and documentation of all As Is processes.
  • Work with Department Leaders to collect business requirements for process revisions, enhancements, and the creation of To Be processes.
  • Identify and evaluate a business's current processes involving analyzing existing workflows, systems, and practices.
  • Work with IT to project manage process/requirement work.
  • Assist with budget management.
  • Manage all end-to-end coordination and communication with internal stakeholders to ensure process changes do not negatively impact other organizations.
  • Proactively monitor end-to-end processes to recommend and communicate gaps and areas of improvement.
