About The Position

TechMagic is looking for a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This role is focused on a large-scale enterprise project within the Hospitality domain. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with enterprise-level stakeholders to ensure the delivery of complex digital products for the global travel industry. About the Project: This is an enterprise-level project in the Hospitality sector, involving high-traffic web solutions and complex integrations. You will work in a dynamic environment, handling requirements for both large-scale initiatives and multiple concurrent small-scale projects to ensure a seamless digital experience for users worldwide.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Business Analysis roles within the IT industry.
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies.
Proven experience in direct communication with international clients and managing their expectations.
Expert at writing clear and concise User Stories and Use Cases.
Experience in preparing mockups and wireframes to illustrate requirements.
High proficiency in Jira and Confluence for requirement management.
Experience working with integrations and documenting requirements for APIs.
Basic knowledge of SQL queries.
Solid self-organization, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Upper-Intermediate or Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Lead the requirement elicitation process and perform deep-dive analysis of business needs.
Break down complex business requirements into manageable technical tasks and functional specifications.
Create and maintain high-quality project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Act as the primary point of contact for requirement clarification between the client and the development team.
Provide essential support during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process to ensure the solution meets business goals.
Take ownership of the project knowledge base, ensuring it is well-documented and kept up to date.
