Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• 3 years of experience in the job offered or as an IT Project Manager, Business Analyst, or a closely related occupation involving experience in technical project management.
• 3 years of experience working with data visualization techniques and tools including: histograms, scatter plots, box plots, heat maps, Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, and SQL.
• 3 years of experience in project management using agile delivery processes.
• 3 years of experience in commercial functions within consumer products.
• 3 years of experience preparing technical documentation, detailing requirements, modeling and mapping business processes, and preparing business value cases for analytics delivery teams.
• 3 years of experience preparing project deliverables, status updates, and presentations for senior corporate leadership.
• 2 years of experience developing, training, and testing advanced analytics models.
• 2 years of experience analyzing data and preparing insights for business users.

Responsibilities

• Support high profile analytics initiatives, connecting business problems and opportunities to advanced analytics solutions for the commercial business.
• Identify and frame advanced analytics opportunities within the commercial business.
• Gather detailed business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for technical resources.
• Assist in the execution of user acceptance testing, documenting processes, requirements, and enabling execution.
• Build business cases and results measurement programs, and prepare briefings for senior leadership.
• Partner with commercial digital leadership to prioritize advanced analytics use cases.
• Assist in the development and socialization of the commercial business advanced analytics strategy.
• Manage the delivery of innovative, cross-functional solutions that address business needs in collaboration with the Sr. Director Commercial Analytics.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Data, and IT teams within the NUSA Digital & eComm Team, and business functions across our portfolio of analytics projects.
