  • Strong technical acumen, able to read data flows, understand system integrations, and contribute meaningfully to technical design discussions
  • Experience writing and reviewing technical documentation such as BRDs, user stories, process maps, gap analyses, data flow diagrams, and test scenario.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive work forward
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including leading workshops and translating between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience supporting QA and testing activities, including writing and executing test cases

  • Operate effectively in ambiguous environments while managing competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects
  • Produce high-quality artifacts including BRDs, process maps, data flow diagrams, gap analysis, user stories, test scenarios, and traceability matrices
  • Contribute to team standards, documentation practices and continuous improvement of delivery processes
  • Build relationships with business stakeholders and operational teams across the organization
  • Bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating clearly in both directions

  • Advocate for inclusive design, ensuring solutions consider a broad range of users and operational contexts
  • Review vendor documentation, solution designs, and delivery plans with a critical lens
