About The Position

Their Insurance Software and BPS (ISB) division helps insurers worldwide modernize and scale their core operations. This role involves bridging the gap between IT and insurance operations, analyzing, designing, and implementing technical solutions for policy, claims, and underwriting systems, with a focus on US workers' compensation regulations. The Senior Business Analyst will work with customers and IT teams to analyze processes, identify improvements, and implement strategic, high-complexity solutions. They will also lead projects, mentor junior staff, define system requirements, drive data-driven decision-making, perform testing, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Deep knowledge of US workers' comp regulations.
5+ years of insurance experience.
Skills in requirement gathering.
SQL proficiency.
Agile methodologies experience.
Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel).
Experience with data visualization tools.
3-5+ years in a business analyst role.
5+ years' experience in Insurance Software Domain.

Nice To Haves

Masters degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyzing, designing, and implementing technical solutions for policy, claims, and underwriting systems.
