Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 7+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Business Analysis, Functional Consulting, Product Analysis, or Salesforce solution delivery.
- Current Salesforce certification required, preferably Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, with experience across Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Loyalty Management, and Experience Cloud.
- Demonstrable ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, map business processes, and translate complex needs into scalable solutions.
- Experience working in Agile environments, including backlog management, sprint planning, testing, and release activities.
- Good communication, collaborator management, and multi-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead initiatives, mentor team members, and serve as a trusted Salesforce authority.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Additional Salesforce certifications are highly valued.
