Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, location, and ability to work from the San Diego office. The annual salary range is $75,000 to $100,000, plus a discretionary quarterly bonus. Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to understand processes and requirements; documenting and refining functional and business requirements; evaluating enhancement requests and their impacts; identifying workflow improvements; managing projects through discovery, planning, development, testing, deployment, and review; coordinating with developers and vendors; tracking project progress; maintaining project artifacts; communicating status and risks; supporting change management and user acceptance testing; troubleshooting Encompass issues; and coordinating release communications and demonstrations with the corporate training team. The role will also help establish consistent standards for requirements, change management, testing, documentation, and implementation for Encompass initiatives.
