Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required.
  • In lieu of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling 9 years may be considered.
  • All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Candidates must live and work in Arizona.

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor's degree relevant to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provides analytical support to the department manager and the management staff.
  • Assists department management to develop and implement strategic goals and objectives and to monitor results.
  • Prepares, monitors, and reports on departmental O&M and Capital Budgets analyzing budget variance. Identifies and corrects any discrepancies that exist, and reports to Management any changes.
  • Executes special tasks or project assignments by Management and performs independent analytical studies and evaluations of processes and supporting tools, methods, and technology.
  • Maintains working knowledge of corporate and departmental policies and procedures. Has an ability to apply/use tools and technology for the purpose of accomplishing assigned tasks.
  • Researches and prepares reports/presentations to management that effect business implementation decisions
  • Assists management to identify internal/external items that may impact/improve effectiveness, costs, and customer service.
  • Performs other functions and duties as assigned.
