About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst – Capital Markets for a full-time contract engagement. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in buy-side capabilities, end-to-end investment lifecycles, and translating complex business requirements for portfolio managers, traders, and operations teams into functional system specifications.

Requirements

• 5 years of demonstrated experience in capital markets, with a focus on buy-side capabilities, workflows, and systems.
• 5 years of expertise in the end-to-end lifecycle of public or private market securities and investments.
• 5 years of experience working directly with portfolio managers, traders, and operations teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications for investment platforms.

Nice To Haves

• 3 years of experience supporting the implementation, configuration, or ongoing enhancement of investment platforms (e.g., Aladdin, eFront, SimCorp Dimension, Bloomberg AIM/PORT).
• 3 years of experience working with Cleared and OTC derivatives, Repos, and other complex financial instruments.
• 3 years of experience supporting the design and development of liquidity management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with portfolio managers, traders, and operations teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for investment systems and workflows.
• Support the full end-to-end lifecycle of public or private market securities and investments.
• Support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of investment management platforms.
• Assist in the design and development of liquidity management solutions and complex instrument workflows.
