The analyst will document business processes and needs, translating them into detailed functional specifications for system development. The position requires condensing complex information into user documentation and learning resources, developing detailed business cases and ROI calculations, and identifying potential risks. Familiarity with all aspects of software development and the project management life cycle, identifying test cases, explaining complex processes, and developing test plans are also key.
