Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Brokerage Relationship Manager to join our Independent Advisor Group as part of Wealth & Investment Management. In this role, you will lead and manage the successful transition of internal and external advisors and teams into the Financial Network (FiNet) channel. You will manage client relationships and participate in initiatives regarding servicing, support, and growth. You will also identify opportunities for process improvements, maintain and analyze business, operational, or technical assignments that involve research, evaluation, and service. You will exercise independent judgment to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction, build and maintain excellent relationships, and meet regularly with senior leaders to communicate trends and workable solutions. You will provide recommendations to determine operational needs and exercise independent judgment to manage relationships. You will communicate trends and recommend solutions, and manage, support, and resolve issues to ensure retention, growth, and satisfaction. You will also manage projects, troubleshoot issues, and follow up on operational, technical, or client transition issues. You will collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
