About The Position

Midland Transport is currently seeking a Senior Broker in Montreal, QC. The Senior Broker manages a portfolio of Brokerage Accounts leading both commercial strategy and operational development and execution. This role assists the Midland Sales team in handling client inquiries and issues in regard to the Brokerage Division. Identifies market trends and implement strategies to drive value in terms of financial outcomes and customer facing outcomes. Leads all aspects of customer orders, pricing, contracts an execution. They are timely, self-led and coordinates with other departments such as Finance, Dispatch and Administration to ensure Superior Quality Service is being experienced by all clients.
