About The Position

Our client is a well-established, fast-growing gaming studio operating some of the most-played titles on a leading UGC gaming platform. With tens of millions of active players and a growing roster of high-profile brand integrations, they are seeking a Senior Brand Partnerships Manager to join their Growth team. This is a highly cross-functional position at the intersection of account management, project delivery, and analytical storytelling. You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for brand partners during active campaigns, working closely with internal game teams and leadership to ensure flawless execution from kickoff through post-campaign reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or project management
  • Strong knowledge of gaming, particularly UGC platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working across time zones with occasional travel (3–5x per year)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience managing AAA brand partners or large agency relationships
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, etc.)
  • Visual/deck design skills a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage brand partner relationships during activation periods, escalating strategic or commercial decisions to senior leadership as appropriate
  • Protect internal team bandwidth by proactively identifying scope misalignment or unrealistic timelines before they escalate
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and translate data into compelling, client-ready presentations
  • Maintain adherence to internal project timelines and contribute to process documentation
  • Support creative concepting for new packages and go-to-market materials
  • Assist in identifying upsell and renewal opportunities with existing partners
